Riot Game titles will have a new CEO in a several months’ time

Laurent will be remaining as an advisor
Laurent also announced the new CEO that will be replacing him: Dylan Jadeja. According to Laurent, it was a unanimous final decision by Riot’s Board, founders, advisors, and a search business. The transition should be finished by the conclusion of the year. Laurent will remain as an advisor and mentioned he does not have plans in becoming a member of or founding a new business.
Jadeja to start with joined Riot in 2011 as Main Economic Officer and additional Main Operating Officer to his function in 2014. When our founders transitioned to co-chair roles in 2017, Dylan was named President of Riot and has been just one of the key leaders in crafting Riot’s approach and driving the company’s culture forward.
For Laurent, one of Jadeja’s greatest strengths is Empathy. “The ideal leaders for the potential will be the types who can lead at scale, with empathy, and Dylan is a person of them,” he explained. “He’s authentic and humble in his management, but also unafraid to request the challenging questions to get to the finest remedy. But most importantly, Dylan has a potent passion for Riot’s tradition and DNA. He appreciates what helps make Riot distinctive — terrific Rioters and great groups, who appreciate gamers, and appreciate game titles.”
